Cancellation Policy

Consumers are any natural persons who conclude a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would soon be exceeded;
for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market which the trader cannot influence;
for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
for the delivery of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
